Grant Munro
Cranio Fascial Dynamics practitioner
Grant was with us from 2019 to 2022, where he developed a loyal following and deep connections with his clients. For the past three years, he has been living in Costa Rica, immersing himself in bioconstruction and regenerative agriculture, studying natural medicine, and continuing to practice manual therapy with both locals and expats.
We’re delighted to welcome him back this September 2025 as a Cranio Fascial Dynamics Practitioner, following his de-registration from the General Chiropractic Council in 2023.
Grant first discovered chiropractic care after experiencing work- and sport-related injuries during his time as a scaffolder in Lincoln. Impressed by the transformative results, he pursued studies at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic, graduating with Distinction in 2014 and receiving awards for both Clinician and Graduate of the Year.
With an innate ability to listen to the body’s wisdom, Grant creates highly individualised sessions that are subtle yet powerful. His approach is multi-dimensional, blending spinal, extremity, and cranial adjustments with subtle energy work and body awareness practices. Each treatment acknowledges the impact of lifestyle stresses—physical, chemical, and emotional—on the nervous system and overall wellbeing. His care aims to restore balance, calm the nervous system, and ease emotional tension, thus creating the physiological conditions to move towards your health goals.
Outside of his practice, Grant finds joy in surfing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, yoga, woodworking, gardening, and being immersed in nature.
